We had Shaun and Richard over to complete our en-suite refit. The plan for them was to do the tiling however they were happy to finish some loose ends from a previous contractor. Shaun and Richard are very talented in their work and job and they are honest reliable and hard working too. They were also very responsive to our small snag list - we had to do zero chasing to get it sorted. We are now awaiting quotes from them to refit our family bathroom, cloakroom and a few radiators. We have no hesitation in recommending the pair of them!

I recently had to replace my ensuite bathroom due to a shower leak. I was struggling to find a bathroom fitter and came across Total Decor Leicester when searching for someone local, experienced, reliable and that actually responded to enquiries! Shaun was very responsive, initially came for a quote and provided some great advice. After getting multiple quotes from a number of suppliers we decided to proceed with Shaun - friendly, knowledgeable and affordable. Shaun did not cut corners. He paid meticulous care to his craft, and ensured that the final finish was up to my very high standards. He was able to fit a LED/bluetooth mirror, towel radiator, new shower enclosure, vanity unit, toilet and tiled the whole room. I would recommend Shaun to anyone considering a bathroom replacement and will be using him soon for our main bathroom remodelling.
